The plan is simple to describe because Telegram only has one way for anyone to be in a live stream: an account joins the call. That is what is delivered. The screenshot is a real demo stream with the plan's 100 members inside it, plus the host.
This is worth understanding before you buy anything, from us or anyone else, because it tells you what can and cannot be delivered.
The price is for the month, not per stream. Every stream you run in that month gets the plan's members. Larger plans are priced at the same rate per 100 members as the entry plan.

Most guides use the three names interchangeably. Telegram's API does not: a call attached to a channel is a Live Stream, attached to a group it is a Video Chat, and a chat can run only one at a time.

If you search for Telegram live stream views you will mostly find post-view products. They are a different counter. Here is what each number actually measures.

Free Telegram members exist as a product category: sites that drip a few members a day in exchange for ad views or joining other channels. That is not what a live stream needs, because a live stream needs accounts present at the same moment your stream is running.
The demo is 10 members joining one live stream at no cost. It uses the same accounts and the same join as a paid plan, so what you see in the participant list during the demo is what a paid plan looks like at a larger number.
The honest description of what a viewer plan changes: your stream starts with a room that is already populated. Subscribers who open the notification see a participant count and a list with names in it, not an empty call. That is the whole effect, and it is the effect people pay for on every live platform.
What it does not change: the members are listening participants. They do not send messages, raise hands, or react. If you want chat activity, that has to come from your real audience, which is exactly why the stream itself still has to be worth watching.
Telegram's statistics API covers channels, groups, posts, stories and polls. It has no live stream or call metrics at all. After the stream ends there is nothing to look up, so measure while it runs.
There is no separate reseller price list for the viewer plans. The margin is yours to set: buy the plan size your client needs at the price above, register the client's channel in the bot, and bill the client what your market bears. For monthly volumes beyond the largest plan, ask in the bot before quoting.
For everything else on Telegram, members, post views, reactions and the rest, NotPanel is a normal panel with a public API. The endpoint is /api/v3 with the familiar key plus action contract; /api/v1 and /api/v2 are aliases of the same behaviour. Orders carry an idempotency key, status is available per order or in batches, and webhooks are HMAC-signed.
You do not need a NotPanel account for the viewer bot. You do need one for everything that goes through the panel, and a stream is usually one part of a channel that also needs members and post views.
There is no cap. Telegram's FAQ says channel owners can host live streams with an unlimited number of viewers, a change announced on 31 August 2021 with Telegram 8.0. Group video calls had been limited to 1,000 viewers 32 days earlier.
They are one underlying group call attached to different places. In a channel it is called a Live Stream, in a group a Video Chat, and since November 2025 any user can go live inside Stories as a Live Story. A chat can run only one call at a time.
Telegram's API exposes both a participant count and a participant list for a call, plus a flag that lets the listener list be hidden. Telegram does not publicly document exactly which of these the app shows in every case, so check in your own channel with the demo rather than trusting any page, including this one.
No. Delivery happens on the viewer side: accounts join the call. The RTMP stream key is admin-only in Telegram's API and must stay secret; nothing about a viewer plan requires it.
They are real Telegram accounts performing a real join, listed as listening participants. They are not people who chose your stream, and they do not chat or react. Any seller saying "real people watching" is describing the same thing with a nicer word.
Yes, for a channel registered in the bot with an active plan: the members join shortly after the stream starts, without a new order per stream. Allow a few minutes for the count to fill.
Yes. Country targeting is included with every plan, including the demo. There is no published country list, so ask in the bot before paying if you need a specific one.
Telegram's consumer Terms of Service do not mention it; that is not permission. Telegram's Bot Platform Developer Terms name social growth manipulation as a prohibited practice for third-party bots, and Telegram's Ads guidelines prohibit advertising such services. Decide with that in front of you.
Reported channel takedowns concern scams, impersonation, copyright and illegal content, not participant counts. The realistic risk is that Telegram removes automated accounts periodically, so counts can drop. Nobody can honestly promise you a retention number.
Screenshot the participant count during the stream and send it with your stream link through the bot. This service is operated by NotPanel in the bot, not as a catalog order, so the panel's automatic refund rules for ordinary orders do not apply to it; support for it is handled in the bot.
Schedule it. An admin can schedule a stream from 10 seconds to 8 days ahead. Members see a countdown at the top of the chat and can opt into a notification. The stream never starts by itself; an admin presses Start when the countdown ends. Schedule the stream and register the channel in the bot before that time, so the plan's members join the moment you start.
Record it. Admins can record video and audio, or audio only, and choose portrait or landscape. When the recording stops, the file is uploaded to the admin's Saved Messages. Posting that recording as a normal channel video gives it a post-view counter, which is the only durable metric a stream leaves behind.
Open the NotPanel bot, register your channel, and go live. Upgrade to a monthly plan only if the demo looked right in your own participant list.
Once your channel is registered with the bot, the members join the stream shortly after it starts. You do not resend an order for every stream during the plan.
Members are real Telegram accounts. In the demo stream above, every delivered account shows in the participant list and in the header count; whether your viewers can open that list depends on your stream's settings.
Tell the bot which country the accounts should come from. There is no published country list; ask in the bot before you pay if you need a specific one.
The bot, the accounts and support are run directly by NotPanel. This service is not a catalog order, so the panel's automatic refund rules do not apply to it; the bot is where support happens.

The audience cap is the fact everyone repeats and nobody dates. Here is the ladder from Telegram's own announcements:

The 1,000-viewer cap on group video lasted 32 days. Telegram is not the thing limiting your audience; attendance is. That is the problem a viewer plan addresses.

This page is about the third row. A live stream viewer, a live stream member and a live stream participant are the same thing: an account joined to the call while it is running.
There is also no ranking to game. Telegram notifies your subscribers when you go live and shows nothing to non-subscribers. A fuller room affects the people who arrive, not who arrives.

Yes. Buy the plan size your client needs, register their channel, and set your own retail price. For the rest of Telegram, NotPanel's reseller API at /api/v3 uses the standard key plus action contract with signed webhooks.
Channel Live Streams and group Video Chats are the same call type and both are supported; register the channel or group link. Ask in the bot about Live Stories before ordering, since that surface is newer.
Stream from software. Since March 2022 on desktop and iOS, and October 2024 on Android, a channel can take its video from OBS Studio or XSplit over RTMP. In the stream settings choose the option to stream with another app, copy the server URL and stream key into your encoder, start broadcasting there, then start the stream in Telegram. Telegram recommends software encoding (x264 in OBS). The key must stay secret; it lets anyone publish into your stream.
Let people speak, or not. Viewers can raise a hand; an admin decides whether to let them speak, and can mute anyone so they cannot unmute themselves. Delivered members never raise a hand, so this control affects only your real audience.
None of this is behind Telegram Premium. Premium's published feature list contains no streaming or broadcasting feature; every tool above is available to any channel admin.
