NotPanel now works inside Telegram. Open @notpanel_app, tap Open App, pick a service and pay with Telegram Stars. There is no website sign-up and no card form. You can order followers, views, likes and more, follow each order live and get a message when it finishes.

Want your own shop like it? We published the same app on GitHub as NotBot. You can deploy it under your own name in a few clicks, set your own prices and keep the markup. Orders are fulfilled by NotPanel through your API key.

The first part of this guide is for anyone who wants to order. The second part is for resellers, agencies and communities who want to run their own Telegram shop.

Three app screens: choosing a platform on the home screen, an order form for Telegram post views priced in Stars, and an orders list with completed, partial and in-progress orders.

A full SMM shop inside Telegram

The Mini App opens inside Telegram, like a small app on your phone. It follows an iPhone-style layout and supports light and dark mode.

You can order followers, subscribers and members; views and story views; likes and reactions; comments, shares and more. At the time of writing, the app lists 508 services across Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitch, WhatsApp, Shopee and other platforms.

Every listed service shows its average delivery time. The app only lists services NotPanel has measured, and the figure is an average from past orders, not a promise for yours. Prices and services update automatically from NotPanel every three hours.

How to order in Telegram, step by step

  1. Open t.me/notpanel_app and press Start.
  2. Pick your language and read the short welcome. Then join the NotPanel update channel: one tap to join, then Verify.
  3. Tap Open App, then choose a platform, a category and a service. Each service shows its price per 1,000 in Stars, the minimum and maximum amount and the average delivery time. You can also search by name or service ID.
  4. Paste the link to your post, profile or channel. Choose the amount, with quick presets such as 1K, 5K and 10K. Where a service offers it, you can also choose a delivery speed that spreads the order over hours instead of sending it all at once.
  5. Pay from your balance, or pay for just this order directly with Telegram Stars. You see the exact total before you pay.
  6. That's it. You get an order number and can follow the order live under Orders, with its status, progress and start count.
  7. When the order completes, the bot sends you a message in the chat. You can turn these messages off in Profile.

Paying with Telegram Stars

Stars are Telegram's own in-app currency. You buy them inside Telegram, and they are the payment method Telegram requires for digital goods sold in bots. The app accepts Stars only: no cards and no crypto.

You can top up your balance with a preset from 50 to 10,000 Stars, or enter any amount in between. If you prefer, skip the balance and pay for a single order directly.

Prices are shown in whole Stars, rounded up. Your balance is tracked precisely behind the scenes, so you are never charged more than the real price.

Refunds happen automatically

If an order can't start, is canceled or is only partly delivered, the undelivered part goes back to your app balance automatically. The bot tells you when that happens, and the refund appears in your wallet history.

Invite friends and earn Stars

Share your personal invite link from the app. When a friend starts the bot, joins the update channel and opens the app, you earn 3 Stars of balance. A daily limit per person keeps it fair.

Available in 20 languages

The app and every bot message are available in 20 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, French, Chinese, German, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Persian, Urdu and Bengali. You pick yours when you start the bot, and you can change it later.

The bot's profile page, meaning its name and description, goes further: it is translated into 76 languages, and Telegram shows each person the version in their own app language. The 56 extra languages are Belarusian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Kazakh, Malay, Norwegian, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Swedish, Uzbek, Thai, Greek, Bulgarian, Danish, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Armenian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Albanian, Bosnian, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen, Mongolian, Pashto, Kurdish, Afrikaans, Swahili, Amharic, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Nepali, Sinhala, Burmese, Khmer, Lao, Malayalam, Kannada, Filipino, Somali, Hausa, Yoruba and Zulu. In those languages, the app itself and the chat messages are in English.

Handy bot commands

You don't have to open the app for everything. The bot understands five commands: /start, /orders, /wallet, /language and /help.

For builders: launch your own shop with NotBot

The app behind @notpanel_app is published on GitHub as NotBot. Resellers, agencies, communities and creators can use it to run their own branded Telegram SMM shop.

Your customers pay you in Stars. Their orders are placed and fulfilled automatically by NotPanel through your own NotPanel API key. You set the prices, and the markup is yours.

What you need

  • A Telegram bot: open @BotFather, send /newbot and copy the token.
  • A NotPanel account and API key from the developers page, with funds in your NotPanel balance. Your customers' orders are paid from that balance.
  • A free Cloudflare account and a free GitHub account.

What it costs to run

Hosting the app costs nothing. NotBot runs on Cloudflare's free plan, so there is no server to rent or maintain. Your shop also gets a free address on Cloudflare, ending in workers.dev, so you don't need to buy a domain.

What you do pay for is the orders: NotPanel charges each customer order to your NotPanel balance, and you keep the markup you set. Cloudflare's free plan has its own usage limits; check Cloudflare's current plans if your shop grows.

Deploy in one click

Deploy to Cloudflare

  1. Click Deploy to Cloudflare, on the button above or on the GitHub page.
  2. Cloudflare copies the project to your GitHub, creates the database and builds the app. It asks for your bot token and NotPanel API key, and optionally your Telegram ID if you want to be admin right away.
  3. Open your app's address. A setup page checks the bot token and NotPanel key, then sets everything up in Telegram for you: the webhook, the Open App button, the command menus, and the bot's name and description in 76 languages.
  4. Tap Claim admin. This one-time link opens your bot, and you are the admin.

The first catalog sync takes about 20 minutes. Telegram Stars payments need no extra setup.

Two screens: the one-time setup page asking for the bot token, and the admin Branding page with name, logo and welcome banner fields.

Make it yours

In the admin panel, under Branding, you set the name, logo and welcome banner. Choose one of 10 ready-made color themes (Cobalt, Violet, Emerald, Teal, Ocean, Sunset, Rose, Crimson, Amber and Graphite) or any custom color, with a live preview. Text contrast adjusts automatically, and light and dark mode follow your color.

You can also add your website and terms links, a custom welcome message, and optional Telegram Premium animated emojis in bot messages and on buttons. The app is fully white-label: nothing in it says “NotPanel” unless you choose that name.

Run your business from Telegram

The admin panel lives inside the app, so you can manage the shop from your phone.

  • Pricing: a default markup, or markups per platform, category or service, or a fixed price per service. The Stars-per-dollar rate is adjustable.
  • Catalog: prices and services sync from NotPanel on a schedule. New services can go on sale automatically, services NotPanel removes or pauses are taken off sale, and a log records price changes.
  • Operations: sales and profit, all orders, users and balances (add or remove balance), Stars payments and refunds, referral statistics, and your NotPanel balance with a low-balance warning.
  • Growth: a referral program with an adjustable reward and daily cap, an optional “join our update channel” step, and top-up limits.
  • Admins: add or remove admins in the app. Admins also get /admin to open the panel and /stats for today, 7-day and all-time orders, sales, profit, users and NotPanel balance, right in the chat.

Command menus and the bot's profile texts update themselves after every update or rebrand.

Security

Secrets stay in Cloudflare. Every Mini App login is checked against Telegram's signature, and webhooks from Telegram and NotPanel are signed. Money changes apply exactly once. The setup page unlocks only with the bot token and closes after setup, and uploads are limited to images. The details are in SECURITY.md. If you find a security issue, report it privately through the repository's vulnerability reporting, not as a public issue.

Under the hood, NotBot is a Telegram Mini App built with Preact and a bot built with Hono, running on Cloudflare Workers with a D1 database and the NotPanel API v3.

Built on the public NotPanel API

NotBot uses the same public API that any developer can use. Requests go to https://notpanel.com/api/v3 as HTTP POST with form fields key and action. API keys start with np_live_ and are created in your NotPanel account.

NotBot reads the catalog with catalog and services, places orders with add (using a request ID so a retry can't create a duplicate), checks orders with status and order_details, and uses cancel, refill, refill_status, balance, webhook.add and webhook.remove.

With webhooks, NotPanel pushes order updates to your app: processing, in progress, completed, partial, canceled, and refill completed or rejected. Each update carries an HMAC signature and timestamp. NotBot verifies them, processes each event once, and checks order status once a minute as a backup. The exact parameters are in the NotPanel API docs.

The GitHub repository

Everything lives at github.com/rehul888/notbot. The README covers the features, one-click deploy, deploying an imported copy, troubleshooting, customization, how money works, updating your copy, local development and the project layout. The repository also holds the LICENSE and SECURITY.md.

To update, pull the latest version from the repository into your copy. Cloudflare redeploys automatically, and the app updates its own database tables.
