Twelve years powering other people's panels. In 2026 we rebuilt the platform from scratch and opened the same wholesale rates directly to the public. This is how that happened — year by year.
The story isn't dramatic. It's a wholesale operation that grew quietly under the SMM industry, watched the public-facing layer decay, and eventually decided to fix it.
NotPanel starts as a small wholesale supplier to the SMM industry — providing followers, likes, and views to the patchwork of reseller panels customers actually saw. The public-facing panels were already crowded; the wholesale layer underneath them was where the real delivery infrastructure lived.
Volume grows quickly as resellers consolidate supply on a smaller number of upstream sources. Dedicated server capacity, multi-provider failover, and the first generation of automated order-routing logic ship.
By 2017, hundreds of reseller panels worldwide source from us. Cumulative order count crosses 1M. Operational focus shifts from feature work to reliability — stable rates, consistent delivery, real refill guarantees.
The market matures. Reseller panels come and go; the underlying wholesale providers stay. We grow into one of the larger wholesale sources for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram engagement services.
The pandemic-era surge in social media activity translates to wholesale volume across every category. Engineering time goes into capacity, anti-detection, and handling traffic spikes without dropping orders.
Almost every public-facing SMM panel runs a fork of the same 2014-era PHP script. Stale dashboards, no real APIs, broken webhooks, no money safety. We watch our wholesale services get sold through poorly-engineered storefronts that add 50–200% markups for an experience worse than no panel at all.
We start over. Modern stack, exact-decimal money safety, atomic order processing, signed webhooks, encrypted credentials, real-time dashboards, public REST API. Twelve months of engineering before a single public order is placed.
We open the same wholesale rates we've given the reseller market for 12 years to anyone with a free account — no markup chain, no minimum deposit beyond the published rate, no PHP. The platform you see today is the result of the rebuild.
Four principles that come up in every product decision. They aren't slogans — every page on this site is built around them.
Every claim on this site is verifiable. Comparisons reference our own behaviour, not a competitor's. If we don't do something, we don't claim we do.
For most of the catalog, NotPanel is the wholesale provider that other panels resell from. Buying here removes the reseller-tier markup that legacy panels add on top.
We pick durable foundations over hype. None of our choices are exciting — and that's the point. Boring infrastructure is what survives a decade of operation.
We don't run growth experiments on the people paying us. No dark-pattern subscriptions, no opt-out billing, no 'free trial' that auto-renews. You buy what you order at the rate you see.
The SMM industry has spent a decade running on broken tools. Customers pay 2–5× too much for delivery infrastructure they never see, on dashboards built in 2014, with no real APIs and no money safety. We think there's a better version — modern stack, wholesale rates, honest claims — and we're building it. The plan is the same in 2030 as it was in 2014: be a reliable source, charge less than the markup chain, ship the right engineering even when nobody asks for it.
