订单
细水长流
细水长流把一个订单分摊到一段时间内。在网站上，同一选项称为“速度”。可使用经典形式（runs 和 interval）或简单形式（drip_feed_total_minutes）。整个订单最多需要 48 小时。
两种申请方式
每个订单选择一种形式。同时发送两者会返回 DRIP_FEED_CONFLICT。空值视为未提供，runs=1 是普通订单。
经典：runs 和 interval
quantityinteger必需- 每次运行的数量。订单总量为数量乘以运行次数。
runsinteger必需- 运行次数，范围为 2 到 100。
intervalinteger必需- 运行之间的分钟数，范围为 1 到 1440。运行次数乘以间隔最多可以是 2880 分钟。
简单：总分钟数
quantityinteger必需- 订单的总数量。
drip_feed_total_minutesinteger必需- 在这么多分钟内完成，范围为 1 到 2880。我们会选择最接近该时长的批次或延迟。

}限制
运行次数为 2 到 100，间隔为 1 到 1440 分钟，且对每个服务而言整个订单最多需要 48 小时（2880 分钟）。每个服务会在 drip_feed 中列出自己的限制：batches 服务接受运行次数和间隔，unit_delay 服务只接受总时长。drip_feed 为 null 的服务会返回 DRIP_FEED_NOT_AVAILABLE。
简单形式如何规划
在简单形式中，我们把你的数量拆分成批次，或拆成单位之间的延迟，使订单尽可能接近你要求的时间完成。有些数量无法均分，因此像 1000 或 990 这样的数量比 997 分摊得更均匀。规划本身不会显示。order_details 返回的是你所要求的内容。
费用是多少
费用始终是服务费率乘以总数量。细水长流不会改变价格，被取消或仅部分交付的订单按常规规则退款。
